The second section, “Holdering,” discusses how PCGS, NGC, ANACS, ICG and other companies have adapted to the times with new services, including registry sets, reconsideration services, and photography for digital showcases. The third section, “Skills,” discusses issues like cleaning and how and whether to how to crack out coins for resubmission. The last chapter, “Comment,” discusses the continuing risks of online bidding and the impact of those risks on the hobby.
