Bidder Retraction Data

Sometimes bidding mistakes happen. You can enter the wrong bid, realize you overlooked a flaw, placed too high a maximum bid and need to rebid a lot, or fact-checked a lot description that contained erroneous information. Whatever the case, when you request pre-bid removal, be sure to have this information to supply to Proxibid Customer Service:

  • Email address associated with your Proxibid account
  • Auction Company Name and Date of Auction
  • Lot number of item
  • Description of item
  • Reason for pre-bid removal request
