In the five months of our existence, Proxiblog has posted more than 70 articles and news items, attracted 4,500 viewers and increased our Honor Roll auctions from 11 to 60!
Increasingly bidders are logging on to Proxiblog to see which auctions offer the best service for the numismatic dollar.
In that regard, see our rankings to the right. Kreuger and Kreuger has moved into a first-place tie with Weaver Auction, offering the lowest online buyer’s fee on Proxibid, at 8%, for its Oct. 9 auction. Krueger & Krueger, a reputable coin seller, lives up to its motto: “Where the buying is great and the selling is straight.”
Weaver Auction continues to be among the most entreprenurial on Proxibid, always willing to provide an extra incentive to bid, buy and be happy with the purchase. We hope to have an “On the Block” from Cheryl and Dave Weaver soon.
Meanwhile, we thank all 60 of our Honor Roll houses for keeping buyer’s fees at 15% or lower, for posting clear and expandable photos of obverse and reverse, and for providing quick, reliable shipping.
Proxiblog is an independent entity with no connection to the auction portal Proxibid. Our intent is to uphold basic numismatic standards as established by the American Numismatic Association and the National Auctioneer Association and to ensure a pleasurable bidding experience not only on Proxibid but also on similar portals such as iCollector and AuctionZip.
